TIMING

The “What Can You Do With $10K?” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on May 21, 2025 at 12:01 AM PST (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends on December 16, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes End Date”) (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
All times are measured in Pacific Time (PT), based on Los Angeles, CA, USA.

The Sweepstakes is administered by Bidhaus, LLC (dba “Prizeup”), 246 W 38th St, Suite 707, New York, NY 10018 (the “Administrator” and “Sponsor”), for the benefit of the Entertainment Industry Foundation, which will distribute the proceeds to the SoCal Fire Fund (the “Designated Grantee”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry. Entrants under eighteen (18) (or the age of majority in their place of residence) must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter and claim any prize.
All entries must be submitted by individuals only; business or commercial entities are not eligible.

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, and to abide by all decisions made by the Administrator, which are final and binding.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of the Administrator, Sponsor, prize providers, their affiliates, and immediate family members (or members of the same household) are not eligible.

Void where prohibited — including Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, the Province of Quebec, and any jurisdiction where sweepstakes are restricted or illegal. Subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER

(a) By Donating.
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://prizeup.space/win-10000-cash (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and donate to the Sponsor’s campaign.

Entries will be awarded based on the donation amount, as shown below:

If you donate an amount not listed, you will receive the number of entries displayed on the Website prior to checkout (typically 10 entries per $1 donated).
All donations are final and non-refundable.

(b) Without Donating.
To enter for free, visit the Sweepstakes Website and complete the online entry form (“Form”).
Each completed and valid submission earns 2,500 entries.
Participants may submit multiple forms, subject to the overall maximum limit of 5,000 entries per person.
Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void.

(c) General Conditions.
Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Each sweepstakes run by the Sponsor is separate; entry into one does not qualify an entrant for any other campaign.

(d) Bonus / Additional Entries.
Entrants may earn additional entries by referring friends through their unique referral link available on the Sweepstakes Website.
Both the referrer and the referred participant will receive bonus entries as indicated on the campaign page once a valid donation is made through the shared link.
Additional entries may also be earned by completing promotional tasks available during the Sweepstakes Period.

SELECTION OF WINNER / ODDS OF WINNING

Selection of Winner. On or about 11/17/2025 PST (the “Drawing Date”), Administrator will select the potential Sweepstakes winner (“Potential Winner”) in accordance with these Official Rules. The Administrator’s database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Administrator during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

The Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or by telephone on or about the Drawing Date, using the email address or telephone number provided with the selected entry, and will be conditionally awarded the Sweepstakes Prize (hereinafter defined) subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If a Potential Winner does not respond within 24 hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

The notification will include instructions for how to contact the Administrator to provide name, address, and other information that may be required to complete validation of eligibility and delivery of prize. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason.

At Sponsor’s discretion, a background check (“Background Check”) may be performed with respect to the Potential Winner as part of the process to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the Terms of Service. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to cooperate fully with any such Background Check, and to execute and deliver to Administrator all required authorizations. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification.

If the prize includes the opportunity to meet a celebrity, attend a special event, or participate in any similar activity, or if Sponsor or Administrator intends to publicize the winner in any way, and if a background check reveals that a Potential Winner or Guest has engaged in conduct that could damage the reputation or business of Sponsor or Administrator, as determined by Administrator in its discretion, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner, time permitting.

In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate Potential Winner who will be selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. The selected Potential Winner must execute all consents as provided by applicable law.

Odds of Winning. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER

EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete.

Potential Winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and/or Publicity Release in the form(s) provided by Administrator (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”), by the date specified by Administrator, or such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

If Potential Winner is a resident of Canada, such Potential Winner will be required to correctly answer Administrator’s mathematical skill-testing question without assistance in order to be verified as a winner and eligible to receive a prize (the question will be part of Potential Winner’s Declaration).

If Potential Winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Administrator (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”, 246 W 38th St Rm 707, New York, NY 10018-5966, tel: (866) 243-4287) reserves the right to award the prize to the Potential Winner’s parent or legal guardian, who must also execute all documents on behalf of the minor.

In the event:
(a) Potential Winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of initial notification from Administrator, or after reasonable effort, or the Potential Winner notification or Declaration is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable;
(b) Potential Winner declines or cannot accept, receive, or use the prize for any reason;
(c) of noncompliance with the above or any of the aforesaid time periods;
(d) Potential Winner is found ineligible;
(e) Potential Winner cannot comply with these Official Rules or Terms of Service;
(f) Potential Winner fails to fulfill the Prize-related obligations or fails the Background Check; or
(g) if Potential Winner is a Canadian resident and fails to answer the skill-testing question — such Potential Winner shall be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be randomly selected, at Administrator’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received.

Administrator reserves the right to modify the notification and Declaration procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate Potential Winner, if any. A Potential Winner will be declared the Sweepstakes Winner when all the conditions described in Sections 4 and 5 are fulfilled to the satisfaction of Administrator and Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”).

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, any online entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account provided to Administrator at the time of entry, provided such account holder meets eligibility requirements. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person assigned the applicable email address by the Internet access provider or service provider.

PRIZES

Sweepstakes Prize. One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will win:
(i) a one-time cash payment of $10,000 USD (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000);
(the “Sweepstakes Prize”).

Advertisements for the “What Can You Do With $10K?” Sweepstakes depict hypothetical ways to spend the $10,000.00 grand prize. These are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent additions to the Sweepstakes Prize. Sweepstakes may be advertised on additional URLs, which may be updated from time to time. For the purpose of clarity, a list of URLs can be found below. No representation is made as to the completeness of this list, and Administrator (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”) may add additional URLs to this list from time to time.

Bonus Drawing(s).
Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”), Administrator, and Prize Provider reserve the right to add additional prize(s), in excess of the Sweepstakes Prize, at any time prior to the Sweepstakes End Date and in their sole discretion (the “Bonus Drawing(s)”).

Such Bonus Drawing Prize(s) may have (a) a separate Bonus Drawing Entry Period, the Start Date and End Date of which shall be detailed in an addendum to these Official Rules. Such addendum shall serve as reasonable notice to entrants and potential entrants of the Bonus Drawing Prize and Bonus Drawing Entry Period, but Administrator reserves the right to provide additional notice or promotion, including e-mail, advertisements, social media announcements, and others, in its sole discretion.

The Bonus Drawing Prize Winner or Winners shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Bonus Drawing Entry Period, as defined herein, and shall be subject to all relevant rights and restrictions as set forth in these Official Rules.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed except in Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”) and Administrator are responsible only for prize delivery and not prize utility.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, with one of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any and all federal, state, and local tax liabilities as a result of acceptance of all or any portion of the Sweepstakes Prize, as well as any other fees, costs, and expenses not specified herein as being awarded (including but not limited to all additional meals, beverages, transportation, and incidentals), are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner.

Inappropriate activity may result in removal from the Venue and/or disqualification.

CONDITIONS AND RELEASES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to the full extent allowed by applicable law to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”, 246 W 38th St Rm 707, New York, NY 10018-5966, tel: (866) 243-4287), which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes;
(b) defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Administrator, the Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”), the Designated Grantee, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, celebrities’ teams/employers, partners, and any other persons or organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and representatives, and their successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, travel, lodging, acceptance, or use/misuse of the Sweepstakes Prize.

Released Parties are not responsible if the Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Administrator’s sole discretion. Sweepstakes Winner acknowledges that all prizes are awarded as-is, without warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law of any kind.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited or restricted by law, Sweepstakes Winner’s acceptance of, and Guest’s participation in, the Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, constitutes the Sweepstakes Winner’s and Guest’s agreement, permission, and consent for Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”), Administrator, Designated Grantee, and any of their designees to use and/or publish Sweepstakes Winner’s and/or Guest’s full name, city and state of residence, photographs, likenesses, portraits, video, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), address, and/or statements made by Sweepstakes Winner and/or Guest regarding the Sweepstakes or otherwise, worldwide and in perpetuity, for any and all purposes, including but not limited to advertising, publicity, trade, and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor (Bidhaus, LLC dba “Prizeup”), Administrator, or Designated Grantee, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including but not limited to print, TV, radio, electronic, cable, or web), without limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review, or approval.

Sweepstakes Winner is solely responsible for obtaining Guest’s agreement and consent for all required documents, and failure to do so will disqualify Guest from participating in any portion of the Sweepstakes Prize.
