Grand Prize Details: One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will win exclusive access for Sweepstakes Winner and his/her travel guest (“Guest”) to the ‘Charitybuzz Hosts: A Good Evening with Trudie and Sting’ event on December 11, 2025 at their home in Wiltshire, England. The Sweepstakes Prize includes:
(i) an invitation for Sweepstakes Winner and Guest to attend a private dinner party in Trudie & Sting’s home in Wiltshire, England on December 11th, hosted with Prizeup;
(ii) live performance by Sting;
(iii) round-trip air transportation for Sweepstakes Winner and Guest departing from a major airport nearest the Sweepstakes Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport nearest the event location (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000);
(iv) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) in a standard room based on double occupancy (ARV: $600);
(collectively, the “Sweepstakes Prize”).

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. NEITHER A PURCHASE NOR DONATION WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

TIMING
The ‘Charitybuzz Hosts: A Good Evening with Trudie and Sting’ (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 09/30/2025 09:00:00 PST (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends on 11/16/2025 23:59:00 PST (the “Sweepstakes End Date”) (such period referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). All times are measured by Pacific Time (PT) in the United States, which is the time in Los Angeles, CA. The Sweepstakes is administered by Bidhaus, LLC (dba “Prizeup”) 246 W 38th St Rm 707, New York, NY 10018-5966 tel: (866) 243-4287 (the “Administrator” and “Sponsor”), and is for the benefit of Narrative 4 (the “Designated Grantee”).

ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, which shall be final and binding in all respects, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Administrator, and warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Administrator, Sponsor, prize provider, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void in Cuba, Islamic Republic Of Iran, Iraq, Democratic People’s Republic Of Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, the Province of Quebec, and any place where offering the sweepstakes or the awarding of a prize is prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

HOW TO ENTER
(a) By Donating. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://prizeup.space/a-personal-invitation-from-trudie-and-sting (“Sweepstakes Website”) and donate to the Sponsor’s campaign. You can receive entries based on the amount you donate per the following chart:

  • $10 you will receive 100 entries

  • $25 you will receive 250 entries

  • $35 you will receive 350 entries

  • $50 you will receive 600 entries

  • $75 you will receive 750 entries

  • $100 you will receive 1,000 entries

  • $150 you will receive 1,500 entries

  • $200 you will receive 2,000 entries

  • $250 you will receive 2,500 entries

If you donate an amount not stated on the chart above, you will receive the number of entries stated on the Sweepstakes Website prior to finalizing your donation. (In most cases, the number of entries is 10 times the amount of the donation.) All donations are final and nonrefundable.

(b) Without Donating. To enter the Sweepstakes for free without donating to the Sponsor’s campaign, visit the Sweepstakes Website and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the online entry form (“Form”). All fields must be completed. Incomplete entries are void. Each valid submission of the Form earns 2,500 entries. You may complete and submit the Form as many times as you wish, subject to the overall limit on entries per person disclosed herein.

(c) General Conditions. Limit 5,000 entries per person regardless of method of entry. Entries in excess of this limit are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible, late, lost, or misdirected entries will not be accepted, acknowledged, or returned. Sponsor may have similar offers at the same time as this Sweepstakes. Each sweepstakes is separate. Entry into one sweepstakes is not entry into any other sweepstakes. Use of any robotic or other automated means to submit entries — or any attempt to submit more than the permitted maximum number of entries by any person, whether by use of multiple identities, email addresses, or any other means — is grounds for disqualification.

(d) Bonus/Additional Entries. Additional entries in the Sweepstakes may be earned by referring a friend. To do so, log in to, or sign up for, the Sweepstakes Website using either your Facebook or Twitter account or your email address. Once logged in, a unique link will be displayed on the Sweepstakes Website, which you can copy and paste into an email or share on your social media feeds. For each donation made during the Sweepstakes Entry Period via your shared unique link, both you and the person making the donation will receive additional entries as stipulated on the campaign page sharing section. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Additional entries may also be earned from time to time by completing tasks specified on the Sweepstakes Website, which may commence during the course of a sweepstakes.

SELECTION OF WINNER / ODDS OF WINNING
On or about 11/17/2025 PST (the “Drawing Date”), Administrator will select the potential Sweepstakes winner (“Potential Winner”) by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided with the selected entry, and will be conditionally awarded the Sweepstakes Prize subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. If a Potential Winner does not respond within 24 hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER
EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Potential Winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or Publicity Release in the form(s) provided by Administrator (where permitted by law) (collectively, the “Declaration”) by the date specified by Administrator, or such Potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected.

Potential Winner may also be required, as a condition of accepting the prize, to agree to the possibility of appearing in a nationally televised or online segment, and to execute any releases, waivers, or other documentation requested by Sponsor or Administrator in connection therewith. Failure to execute and return such documentation within the time period specified by Sponsor or Administrator may result in disqualification, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner, time permitting.

Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to implement additional verification measures, which may include, without limitation:
(i) requiring Potential Winner to participate in a video call or in-person meeting to present valid government-issued identification;
(ii) conducting screening of Potential Winner’s publicly available social media accounts or other online presence; and/or
(iii) requesting that Potential Winner provide screenshots or other documentation of social media accounts or online activity if such accounts are set to private.

Such measures are intended to confirm identity, eligibility, and that the Potential Winner (and any Guest) has not engaged in conduct that, in the sole discretion of Administrator or Sponsor, could harm the reputation, integrity, or goodwill of Sponsor, Administrator, Designated Grantee, or any celebrity or partner associated with the Sweepstakes. Failure to cooperate with any such verification measures, or if results are deemed unsatisfactory in the sole discretion of Administrator or Sponsor, may result in disqualification, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Potential Winner, time permitting. Administrator and Sponsor further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to impose any additional verification requirements deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

If Potential Winner is a resident of Canada, such Potential Winner will be required to correctly answer Administrator’s mathematical skill-testing question without any assistance in order to be verified as a winner and to be eligible to receive a prize.

PRIZES
Sweepstakes Prize. One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will win exclusive access for Sweepstakes Winner and his/her travel guest (“Guest”) to the ‘Charitybuzz Hosts: A Good Evening with Trudie and Sting’ event on December 11, 2025 at their home in Wiltshire, England. The Sweepstakes Prize includes:
(i) an invitation for Sweepstakes Winner and Guest to attend a private dinner party in Trudie & Sting’s home in Wiltshire, England on December 11th, hosted with Prizeup;
(ii) live performance by Sting;
(iii) round-trip air transportation for Sweepstakes Winner and Guest departing from a major airport nearest the Sweepstakes Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major airport nearest the event location (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000);

(collectively, the “Sweepstakes Prize”).

Bonus Drawing(s). Sponsor, Administrator, and Prize Provider reserve the right to add additional prize(s), in excess of the Sweepstakes Prize, at any time prior to the Sweepstakes End Date and in their sole discretion (the “Bonus Drawing(s)”). Bonus Drawing Prize(s) may have a separate Bonus Drawing Entry Period, which will be detailed in an addendum to these Official Rules. The Bonus Drawing Prize Winner(s) shall be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Bonus Drawing Entry Period, and shall be subject to all relevant rights and restrictions as set forth in these Official Rules.

No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed except in Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator are responsible only for prize delivery and not prize utility. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute for the listed Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, one of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Any and all federal, state, and local tax liabilities as a result of acceptance of the Sweepstakes Prize, as well as any other fees, costs, and expenses not specified herein (including, but not limited to, additional meals, beverages, transportation, and incidentals), are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. Inappropriate activity may result in removal from the Venue and/or disqualification.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS: Due to the nature of the Prize, the Potential Winner and Guest must be available to travel or the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Potential Winner may be randomly selected from all remaining eligible entries, time permitting. If the Sweepstakes Prize includes international travel, Potential Winner must possess the necessary travel documents (e.g., Passport) at the time of notification or the Sweepstakes Prize will be forfeited. All dates are subject to change.

The Guest must complete and return all requested liability, publicity (where permitted by law), and other consents, releases, and/or documentation prior to Sweepstakes Prize travel dates. Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of prize fulfillment unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator’s designated agent and on an airline carrier of Administrator’s choice. Sweepstakes Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. TRAVEL IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND BLACKOUT DATES. Sweepstakes Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including photo IDs and passports.

Additional restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if Sweepstakes Winner does not use any event tickets on the day of the applicable event.

CONDITIONS AND RELEASES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes;
(b) defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Administrator, the Sponsor, the Designated Grantee, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, partners, celebrities, celebrity teams, and any other person or organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, as well as all of their past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, damages, expenses, or losses of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, defamation, invasion of privacy, or intellectual property infringement, arising out of or related to: (i) the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, (ii) submission or creation of an entry, (iii) travel, lodging, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or (iv) broadcast, promotion, or exploitation of any entry.

Released Parties are not responsible if the Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except at Administrator’s sole discretion. All prizes are awarded “as-is,” without warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied.

PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, Sweepstakes Winner and Guest grant permission to Sponsor, Administrator, Designated Grantee, and their designees to use their name, city and state of residence, likeness, photographs, video, voice, statements, biographical information, and other materials related to the Sweepstakes worldwide and in perpetuity for advertising, publicity, trade, and promotion purposes across any media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation or approval. Sweepstakes Winner is responsible for obtaining Guest’s agreement and consent; failure to do so will disqualify Guest from any portion of the Sweepstakes Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Released Parties shall have no responsibility or liability for:
(a) entries containing inaccurate or incomplete information or that violate these Official Rules;
(b) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries, prize claims, or notifications due to technical or human error;
(c) entrants committing fraud, deception, or multiple entries in violation of these Official Rules;
(d) telephone, internet, hardware, software, or network malfunctions;
(e) Sweepstakes Winner’s inability to accept or use the prize;
(f) prize unavailability due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; or
(g) damages or losses resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize.

Administrator may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process, violate Official Rules, or use automated means to submit entries. Administrator may void entries, terminate the Sweepstakes, modify the Sweepstakes, or award prizes from eligible entries if technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes may be suspended, modified, or canceled at Administrator’s discretion; in such cases, all entries will be void, donations refunded, and no prizes awarded.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(a) incorrect or inaccurate information caused by entrants, printing errors, or programming;
(b) technical failures, including phone, internet, or network malfunctions;
(c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process;
(d) errors in administration or processing of entries; or
(e) injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.

If an entrant’s registration is lost or destroyed, the sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible if a prize cannot be awarded due to travel or event cancellations, unavailability of celebrities, natural disasters, weather, terrorism, or other circumstances beyond their control.

DISPUTES
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that:
(a) all disputes, claims, or causes of action related to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without class action;
(b) all disputes will be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate California State Court in Los Angeles County, California;
(c) any awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the Sweepstakes, excluding attorneys’ fees;
(d) entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and cannot claim damages beyond out-of-pocket expenses; and
(e) remedies are limited to money damages, and entrants waive the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, these Official Rules shall govern.

WINNERS LIST
The first name, last initial, city, and state of the Winner, along with a copy of these Official Rules, will be available on the Sweepstakes Website following the Drawing Date and for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.

ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR AND DESIGNATED GRANTEE

  • Sponsor: Bidhaus, LLC (dba “Prizeup”)

  • Designated Grantee: Donations minus third-party payment processing fees (“Net Proceeds”) collected on or after March 1, 2023, will be remitted to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) organization, within five (5) business days of receipt. Pledgeling Foundation will subsequently grant those funds, less expenses and fees related to sweepstakes administration (including platform fees, advertising costs, and Sweepstakes Prize fulfillment costs), to the Designated Grantee identified above. In the rare event the Designated Grantee becomes ineligible to receive funds, donations may be redirected to another qualified 501(c)(3) organization at the discretion of Prizeo and Pledgeling Foundation.

[Designated Grantee] is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, with its principal address at 45 W 73rd St # 5 New York City, NY 10023.

Donations, minus third-party payment processing fees (“Net Proceeds”), collected during the Sweepstakes will be remitted to [Designated Grantee] within five (5) business days of receipt. [Designated Grantee] will subsequently grant those funds, less any expenses and fees related to sweepstakes administration (including platform fees, advertising costs, and prize fulfillment costs), to the charitable cause identified above. In the rare event the Designated Grantee becomes ineligible to receive funds, donations may be redirected to another qualified 501(c)(3) organization at the discretion of Bidhaus and its platform partner.

NOTICE
Administrator reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages against any individual who attempts to deliberately interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes in violation of these Official Rules and/or applicable civil or criminal laws. DATA AND PRIVACY
Except as otherwise stated herein, all information collected from entrants is subject to the Privacy Policy of Bidhaus and shall be used for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, including:

  • notifying potential winners and fulfilling prizes;

  • notifying entrants of Sponsor’s future events and fundraising activities;

  • any other uses permitted under the Privacy Policy.
