Sweepstakes Overview

Grand Prize Description:
One (1) lucky winner of the sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive an exclusive invitation for themselves and a guest (“Guest”) to attend the special event, Bidhaus Hosts: A Good Evening with Rainn Wilson, Steve Carell, and Angela Kinsey, in Los Angeles on January 29, 2026.

The grand prize package includes:

  1. Admission for the Winner and Guest to The Office Birthday Party in Los Angeles on January 29, 2026.

  2. A courtside experience to watch Rainn Wilson, Steve Carell, and Angela Kinsey compete in a tennis match.

  3. Exclusive access to a private dinner party, including photo opportunities with the stars.

  4. Round-trip airfare for the Winner and Guest from the nearest major airport to their residence (as determined solely by the Sponsor) to the closest major airport to the event (Approximate Retail Value: $2,000).

  5. Two (2) nights of hotel accommodations in a standard double-occupancy room, selected by the Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value: $600).

Collectively, these elements make up the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.

Key Dates:

  • Sweepstakes Start: October 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST

  • Sweepstakes End: January 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM PST

  • Winner Drawing: January 15, 2026, PST

Entry Limits: Each participant may submit up to 5,000 entries.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. NEITHER A PURCHASE NOR DONATION WILL INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

TIMING

The “Prizeup Hosts: Good Evening with Rainn Wilson, Steve Carell, and Angela Kinsey from The Office” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on 10/20/2025 at 1:00 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends on 01/14/2026 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Sweepstakes End Date”) (the “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). All times are Pacific Time (PT) in the United States (Los Angeles, CA).

The Sweepstakes is administered by Bidhaus, LLC (dba “Prizeup”), 11601 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90025 (the “Administrator” and “Sponsor”), for the benefit of LIDE Haiti (the “Designated Grantee”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. Entrants under eighteen (18) (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must sign any required documents for winner validation and accompany the minor to any prize experience.

Entries are limited to individuals; businesses and commercial entities are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the Terms of Service. Employees, contractors, officers, directors of the Administrator, Sponsor, prize providers, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, legal advisors, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is void in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, the Province of Quebec, and any location where Sweepstakes participation or prize awarding is prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

HOW TO ENTER

(a) By Donating:
During the Sweepstakes Entry Period, visit https://prizeup.space/join-for-an-unforgettable-evening-with-stars-of-the-office-rainn-wilson-steve-carell-and-angela-kinsey-this-special-charity-event-supports-lide-haiti-helping-communities-in-need/ and donate to the Sponsor’s campaign. Entries are awarded based on donation amounts as follows:

  • $10 → 100 entries

  • $25 → 250 entries

  • $35 → 350 entries

  • $50 → 600 entries

  • $75 → 750 entries

  • $100 → 1,000 entries

  • $150 → 1,500 entries

  • $200 → 2,000 entries

  • $250 → 2,500 entries

If you donate an amount not listed above, entries will be determined as shown on the Sweepstakes Website prior to completing the donation. All donations are final and non-refundable.

(b) Without Donating:
To enter for free, visit the Sweepstakes Website and complete the online entry form. All fields must be filled; incomplete entries are void. Each valid submission earns 2,500 entries. You may submit multiple entries, subject to the maximum per person.

(c) General Conditions:
Maximum 5,000 entries per person, regardless of entry method; excess entries are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries will not be accepted, acknowledged, or returned. Robotic or automated submissions are prohibited.

(d) Bonus/Additional Entries:
Additional entries may be earned by referring friends via a unique link provided on the Sweepstakes Website. Each donation made through a shared link grants both the referrer and the donor extra entries, as outlined on the campaign page. Additional entries may also be awarded for completing tasks specified on the Sweepstakes Website.

SELECTION OF WINNER / ODDS

Selection of Winner:
On or about 01/15/2026 PST, the Administrator will select the potential winner (“Potential Winner”) by random drawing from all eligible entries. The Administrator’s database computer is the official timekeeping device.

Potential Winners will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided. Winners are conditionally awarded the Sweepstakes Prize, pending verification of eligibility and compliance.

Failure to respond within 24 hours or if a prize notification is undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Administrator may require a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance. Winners may be disqualified if conduct could damage the reputation or business of the Sponsor or Administrator.

If a Potential Winner is disqualified, an alternate will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning:
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER

Each Potential Winner is subject to verification by Administrator. Decisions made by Administrator are final and binding in all matters related to the administration, operation, winner selection, and other Sweepstakes-related issues. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules have been verified and they have been notified that verification is complete.

The Potential Winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and/or Publicity Release in the form(s) provided by Administrator (collectively, the “Declaration”) by the date specified by Administrator. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Potential Winner.

Additional Verification Measures:
Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to implement extra verification measures, which may include, without limitation:

  1. Requiring the Potential Winner to participate in a video call or in-person meeting to present valid government-issued ID.

  2. Screening publicly available social media accounts or online presence.

  3. Requesting screenshots or documentation of private accounts.

These measures confirm identity, eligibility, and that the Potential Winner (and any Guest) has not engaged in conduct that, at the sole discretion of Administrator or Sponsor, could harm the reputation, integrity, or goodwill of Sponsor, Administrator, Designated Grantee, or any celebrity/partner associated with the Sweepstakes. Failure to cooperate or unsatisfactory results may result in disqualification, with the prize awarded to an alternate Potential Winner if time permits.

Canadian Residents:
Potential Winners residing in Canada must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to be verified and eligible to receive a prize.

Minors:
If a Potential Winner is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, Administrator may award the prize to the parent or legal guardian, who must execute all required documents on behalf of the minor.

Disqualification & Alternate Winners:
A Potential Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate selected at Administrator’s sole discretion if:

  • They cannot be reached within 24 hours of initial notification.

  • Prize notification or Declaration is returned as undeliverable.

  • The winner declines or cannot accept, receive, or use the prize.

  • They fail to comply with these Official Rules or Terms of Service.

  • They fail any required background check.

  • Canadian residents fail to answer the skill-testing question.

The Sweepstakes Winner will be officially declared only when all conditions of eligibility, verification, and compliance are fulfilled to the satisfaction of Administrator and Sponsor. In case of a dispute regarding the identity of the entrant, online entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email used at entry.

PRIZES

Sweepstakes Prize:
One (1) Sweepstakes Winner will receive an invitation for themselves and a travel Guest to the “Prizeup Hosts: Good Evening with Rainn Wilson, Steve Carell, and Angela Kinsey” event in Los Angeles on January 29, 2026. The Sweepstakes Prize includes:

  1. Invitation for Winner and Guest to attend the event.

  2. Courtside viewing of Rainn, Steve, and Angela’s tennis match.

  3. Exclusive access to a private dinner and photo opportunities.

  4. Round-trip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to a major airport near the event (Approx. Retail Value: $2,000).

  5. Hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in a standard double-occupancy room (Approx. Retail Value: $600).

Bonus Drawing(s):
Administrator and Sponsor may, at their discretion, add additional prizes before the Sweepstakes End Date. Bonus Drawing winners will be selected at random and subject to the same rules as the main Sweepstakes Prize.

Prize Restrictions:

  • No substitution or cash redemption allowed, except at Administrator’s discretion.

  • Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and incidental expenses not explicitly included.

  • Travel and event attendance are subject to availability, blackout dates, and verification.

  • Guest must meet age requirements unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Travel arrangements must be booked through Administrator’s designated agent and airline choice.

  • Winner and Guest must travel together; no partial compensation for traveling alone.

  • Travel documents (passports, ID, visas) are required.

  • Airline tickets may not accrue frequent flyer miles.

  • Sweepstakes Winner and Guest are responsible for incidental charges and hotel check-in requirements.

Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for cancellations, delays, diversions, or acts by carriers or other service providers. Sweepstakes Winner must use all event tickets on the day of the applicable event.

CONDITIONS AND RELEASES

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to:
(a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes; and
(b) defend, indemnify, release, and hold harmless Administrator, Sponsor, Designated Grantee, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, partners, celebrities and their teams, and any other individuals or organizations involved in sponsoring, promoting, or fulfilling the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, expenses, or liabilities, including but not limited to negligence or damages to persons or property, invasion of privacy, defamation, violation of publicity rights, infringement of intellectual property, property damage, personal injury, or death, arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, travel, lodging, acceptance, possession, or use of the Sweepstakes Prize, or the broadcast, use, or exploitation of any entry.

Released Parties are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide the prize for any reason, in which case the prize (or affected portion) is forfeited without substitution, except at Administrator’s sole discretion. All prizes are awarded as-is, without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize by the Sweepstakes Winner, and participation by any Guest, constitutes permission for Sponsor, Administrator, Designated Grantee, and their designees to use the Winner’s and/or Guest’s name, city/state of residence, likeness, photographs, videos, testimonials, biographical information, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes, worldwide and in perpetuity, for any promotional purposes including advertising, publicity, trade, or promotion in any media, now known or hereafter developed, without notice, review, compensation, or approval. The Sweepstakes Winner is responsible for obtaining Guest consent; failure to do so disqualifies the Guest from participating in any portion of the prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Released Parties are not responsible for:
(a) entries containing inaccurate information or violating these Official Rules;
(b) entries, notifications, or prize claims that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected;
(c) fraud or deception by entrants;
(d) technical malfunctions of phone, Internet, software, hardware, or network;
(e) inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason;
(f) prize delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather, or other events beyond Sponsor or Administrator’s control;
(g) damages or losses resulting from the prize, participation, or related activities.

Administrator reserves the right to disqualify individuals tampering with the Sweepstakes, violating Official Rules, or attempting to exceed entry limits using multiple accounts or automated devices. Administrator may void entries, modify the Sweepstakes, or award prizes from eligible entries received before any termination if technical or unforeseen issues compromise fairness, security, or integrity.

If a Sweepstakes is canceled, all entries will be void, donations refunded, no winners selected, and no prizes awarded.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Released Parties are not liable for:
(a) inaccurate information from entrants, printing, or equipment errors;
(b) technical failures including malfunctions or disconnections;
(c) unauthorized human intervention;
(d) errors in administering the Sweepstakes or processing entries;
(e) injury or damage from participation or use/misuse of prizes.

If an entry is lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the sole remedy is another entry. Only the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Released Parties are not responsible if a prize cannot be fulfilled due to travel or event cancellations, celebrity unavailability, delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond control.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:
(a) disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action;
(b) all disputes shall be resolved exclusively in U.S. District Court or California State Court in Los Angeles County;
(c) awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorneys’ fees;
(d) punitive, incidental, consequential, or multiplied damages are waived;
(e) remedies are limited to money damages only.

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply. These Official Rules are governed by California law, without regard to conflict of law rules. In case of conflict with the Terms of Service, these Official Rules prevail.

WINNERS LIST

The first name, last initial, city, and state of the Sweepstakes Winner, along with a copy of these Official Rules, will be available on the Sweepstakes Website following the drawing and for at least ninety (90) days thereafter.

LIDE Haiti is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with its principal address at 5737 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301.

Donations minus third-party payment processing fees (“Net Proceeds”) collected on or after March 1, 2023, will be remitted to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) organization, within five (5) business days of receipt. Pledgeling Foundation will subsequently grant those funds, less expenses and fees related to sweepstakes administration (including platform fees, advertising costs, and Sweepstakes Prize fulfillment costs), to the Designated Grantee identified above.

NOTICE
Administrator reserves the right to prosecute and seek damages against any individual who attempts to deliberately undermine the proper operation of the Sweepstakes in violation of these Official Rules and/or criminal or civil law. DATA AND PRIVACY
Except as otherwise set forth herein, all information collected from an entrant is subject to the Privacy Policy, and shall be used for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, including notifying potential winners and fulfilling prizes; notifying entrants of Sponsor’s future events and fundraising activities; and otherwise as permitted under the Privacy Policy.

Non-US Residents: Personal information will be maintained on servers located in the United States of America.
