Grand Prize Details: One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will receive the Ultimate Fairytale Escape, which includes:

  1. Round-trip economy airfare for the Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000); and

  2. Fairytale Package, consisting of:

    • One-night stay at the Cinderella Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom® Park for the Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) Guests, including breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table on the morning of check-out;

    • Two-night resort stay in a standard room at a Deluxe Disney Resort hotel, subject to availability and at the Prize Provider’s sole discretion;

    • Three-day Theme Park tickets with Park Hopper® option for the Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) Guests;

    • A $500 Disney gift card.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The “Win the Ultimate Fairytale Escape” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences on October 4, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM PST (the “Start Date”) and concludes on February 4, 2026, at 11:59:00 PM PST (the “End Date”). The timeframe between these dates is referred to as the “Entry Period.” All times referenced herein are Pacific Time (PT), corresponding to Los Angeles, California. The Sweepstakes is managed by Bidhaus, LLC, located at 246 W 38th St, Rm 707, New York, NY 10018-5966 (the “Administrator” and “Sponsor”), and benefits Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America (the “Designated Grantee”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Only individuals may enter; businesses, commercial entities, and organizations are excluded. By entering, participants agree to comply fully with these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, acknowledge that decisions made by the Administrator are final, and confirm that they are eligible to participate.

Employees, officers, directors, independent contractors, and affiliates of the Administrator, Sponsor, prize providers, and their related agencies or advisors, as well as members of their immediate households, are ineligible. The Sweepstakes is void in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Myanmar, Sudan, Syria, the Province of Quebec, and in any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes or prize award is prohibited. All entries are subject to applicable laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER

(a) Entry via Donation:
During the Entry Period, visit castleforwishes.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and contribute to the Sponsor’s campaign. Entries are allocated based on donation amount as follows:

  • $10 → 100 entries

  • $25 → 250 entries

  • $50 → 500 entries + 100 bonus entries (600 total)

  • $75 → 750 entries

  • $100 → 1,000 entries

  • $150 → 1,500 entries

  • $250 → 2,500 entries

  • $500 → 2,500 entries

  • $1,000 → 2,500 entries

If you donate an amount not listed above, the number of entries will be as indicated on the Sweepstakes Website prior to completing the donation. Typically, entries equal 10 times the donation, up to the campaign maximum. All donations are final and non-refundable.

(b) Free Entry:
You may also enter without making a donation. To do so, access the Sweepstakes Website and complete the online entry form (the “Form”) at Free Entry Form All fields must be completed; incomplete entries are void. Each successful submission earns 2,500 entries. Participants may submit the form multiple times, subject to the maximum entry limit per person.

(c) General Rules:
Maximum entries per person is 5,000, regardless of entry method. Entries beyond this limit are void. Submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Participation in other Sweepstakes does not affect entry here. Automated or robotic entry attempts, or multiple entries exceeding the maximum, may result in disqualification.

(d) Bonus Entries:
Administrator may offer bonus entries, promotional multipliers, or other incentives during the Entry Period at its discretion. Bonus entries count toward the maximum allowed entries. Promotional codes, if issued, are redeemable according to the Sponsor’s terms.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

A potential winner (“Potential Winner”) will be chosen on or around February 5, 2026 via a random drawing from all eligible entries. The Administrator’s database serves as the official record. Potential Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the information provided at entry.

Prize is awarded conditionally, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules. If a Potential Winner does not respond within 24 hours, or if prize notification is returned, an alternate winner may be selected. Administrator may require a background check, which the entrant must pass to receive the prize.

In cases where the prize involves celebrity meetings, special events, or publicity, if a background check reveals conduct that could harm the Sponsor or Administrator’s reputation, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. WINNER VERIFICATION

All winners must be verified by the Administrator. Decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution are final. A winner must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and/or Publicity Release (collectively, “Declaration”) by the specified deadline, or risk disqualification.

Canadian residents must also correctly answer a skill-testing question without assistance. Failure to meet verification requirements, respond in time, comply with rules, or pass the background check will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

In case of dispute over an entry, it will be attributed to the authorized account holder of the email used to enter.

6. PRIZES

Sweepstakes Grand Prize: One (1) winner (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will receive the Ultimate Fairytale Escape, which includes:

  1. Round-trip economy airfare for the Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,000); and

  2. The Fairytale Package, comprising:

    • One-night stay at the Cinderella Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom® Park for the Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) Guests, including breakfast at Cinderella’s Royal Table on the morning of check-out.

    • Two-night stay in a standard room at a Deluxe Disney Resort Hotel, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Prize Provider.

    • Three-day Theme Park tickets with Park Hopper® option for Sweepstakes Winner and up to three (3) Guests.

    • $500 Disney gift card.

Total ARV of Sweepstakes Prize: $11,708.

Bonus Drawings: The Sponsor, Administrator, and Prize Provider may, at their discretion, introduce additional prizes before the Sweepstakes End Date (the “Bonus Drawings”). Such prizes may have separate entry periods, start and end dates, detailed in an addendum to these Official Rules, which serves as notice to participants. Bonus Drawing winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the specified Bonus Drawing period and will be subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined herein.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made, except at the Administrator’s sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and additional expenses not explicitly included in the prize (including meals, beverages, transportation, and incidentals). Inappropriate conduct may result in removal or disqualification.

Travel Requirements: The Sweepstakes Winner and Guests must be available to travel and possess required travel documents (government-issued ID, passports for international travel). Failure to meet travel requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. All travel dates are subject to change. Guests must sign all required consents and releases before travel. Guests must be of legal age in their jurisdiction unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Travel arrangements will be made by the Administrator or Prize Provider’s designated agent. All travel is subject to availability and blackout dates, and all travel costs beyond the prize description are the responsibility of the winner. Air and hotel accommodations must be used together. No stopovers are allowed; additional fees for elective changes, upgrades, or amenities are the winner’s responsibility.

7. CONDITIONS AND RELEASES

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Fully comply with these Official Rules and accept the Administrator’s decisions as final.

  • Release and hold harmless the Administrator, Sponsor, Designated Grantee, Prize Provider, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, submission of entries, or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including travel, lodging, or related activities.

  • Released Parties are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or unavailability of any prize component. All prizes are awarded “as-is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes Sweepstakes Winner’s and Guests’ consent for the Sponsor, Administrator, Designated Grantee, Prize Provider, and their designees to use their names, likenesses, photos, videos, testimonials, and biographical information worldwide and in perpetuity for advertising, promotion, or publicity in any media now known or developed later, without further notice, approval, or compensation. The Sweepstakes Winner is responsible for obtaining Guests’ consent to participate in publicity; failure to do so may disqualify the Guest from the prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Released Parties are not liable for:

  • Entries with inaccurate information or non-compliance with rules.

  • Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

  • Fraudulent entry or prize claims.

  • Technical malfunctions of phones, internet, or networks.

  • Inability of winner to accept the prize.

  • Delays or cancellations due to acts of God, weather, terrorism, or other events beyond Sponsor’s or Administrator’s control.

  • Damages or losses related to the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.

Administrator may disqualify entrants tampering with the entry process or violating rules, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event of technical or other unforeseen issues, awarding prizes from eligible entries received up to the date of termination. In the event of cancellation, all donations will be refunded, no winners will be selected, and no prizes will be awarded.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Errors in entry information or printing.

  • Technical failures of any kind, including network, hardware, or software issues.

  • Unauthorized human intervention or hacking.

  • Administration errors or processing issues.

  • Injuries or damages arising from participation or prize use.

If an entrant’s registration is lost or corrupted, the only remedy is another entry. No more prizes than stated will be awarded. In the event of travel or event cancellations, unavailability of a celebrity, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond control, the remaining portion of the prize will still be awarded as described.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that:

  • (a) Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to this Sweepstakes, including prizes, will be resolved on an individual basis only, without resorting to class actions.

  • (b) All such disputes will be governed exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California.

  • (c) Any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred to participate in the Sweepstakes; attorneys’ fees will not be recoverable.

  • (d) Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages beyond actual out-of-pocket costs, and also waive any right to multiply or enhance such damages.

  • (e) Entrants’ sole remedies are limited to monetary damages (if any); entrants irrevocably waive any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

Note: Certain jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitations may not apply to you.

All matters regarding the interpretation, validity, enforceability, or construction of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants, Sponsor, and Administrator, shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that might direct application of laws of another jurisdiction. In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Service, these Official Rules will prevail.

12. WINNERS LIST

The Sweepstakes Winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, along with a copy of these Official Rules, will be made available on the Sweepstakes Website following the Drawing Date and for a minimum of ninety (90) days thereafter.

13. ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR, DESIGNATED GRANTEE, AND PRIZE PROVIDER

  • Sponsor: Bidhaus, LLC (dba “Prizeup”)

  • Prize Provider: Walt Disney World® Resort

  • Designated Grantee: Make-A-Wish Foundation® of America, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization located at 1702 E. Highland Ave, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA

Donations, less third-party processing fees (“Net Proceeds”), collected on or after March 1, 2023, will be sent to Pledgeling Foundation, a nationally registered 501(c)(3) organization, within five (5) business days. Pledgeling Foundation will then grant those funds, minus sweepstakes-related administrative expenses (platform fees, advertising, prize fulfillment costs), to the Designated Grantee identified above.

14. NOTICE

Administrator reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages against any individual who attempts to intentionally disrupt or interfere with the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, in violation of these Official Rules or applicable laws.

15. DATA AND PRIVACY

Except as otherwise specified, all information collected from participants will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of the Sweepstakes, including:

  • Notifying potential winners and fulfilling prizes

  • Informing entrants of Sponsor’s future events and fundraising activities

  • Other purposes permitted under the Privacy Policy
