Entering a Prize Draw
Why should I register?
Registering with Prizeup streamlines your experience on the site. Your information will be securely saved, so you won’t have to re-enter it in the future. In your profile, you can track the campaigns you’ve entered and update your account settings. By providing your email, you can choose to receive a monthly summary of active sweepstakes, though you can opt out at any time.
Are there age limits for participants?
Yes. Age requirements vary by campaign, ranging from 13+, 16+, 18+, or 21+. Winners below the age of majority in their residence must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please check the official rules for each sweepstakes for full details.
How can users make voluntary donations?
Prizeup accepts major credit and debit cards. Note that text entries may carry an additional small fee to cover network charges, ensuring that the charity receives the full intended amount. Any extra charges will be clearly explained on the payment page.
Do I need to pay to enter Prizeup campaigns?
No. Prizeup has a strict “no purchase or donation necessary” policy. Users can enter campaigns for free by submitting the provided entry form on each sweepstakes page. Making a donation will not increase your chances of winning. Each properly submitted free entry form usually counts for 100 entries—the same as a $10 donation—and multiple free entries are allowed. Full rules and entry limits are detailed in each campaign’s terms and conditions.
How will winners be notified?
Winners are contacted via email shortly after the campaign ends. They must accept the prize within the specified deadline and have their eligibility verified to officially claim the win.
Is payment secure on Prizeup?
Yes. Prizeup uses a highly secure and reliable third-party payment processor. When entering a campaign, your payment information is transmitted to Prizeup’s partner, Stripe, which is Level 1 PCI Compliant, ensuring top-level security and protection. More information is available at www.stripe.com.
What is Prizeup’s refund policy?
All donations made through Prizeup are final and non-refundable.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Donations to 501(c)(3) organizations are tax-deductible in the U.S. to the extent allowed by law. The Federal Tax ID is provided after the transaction when applicable. Please consult a tax advisor for guidance on claiming your donation.

How is the winner selected?
When you enter a sweepstakes—either through a donation or free entry—you’ll receive entries that appear in your Prizeup account once activated. Winners are chosen randomly using our number generator software after the entry period ends and all entries have been recorded.
What are my odds of winning?
Your chances of winning depend on how many entries are submitted for a particular sweepstakes. Each entry counts as one chance to win. For instance, if a sweepstakes has 100 total entries, each entry has a 1 in 100 chance of winning. Submitting multiple entries increases your odds, and if a sweepstakes awards more than one prize, your chances improve accordingly.
How many winners are there for each prize experience?
The number of winners varies by sweepstakes. Each campaign page clearly states the prizes and the number of winners. Typically, there is one grand prize, but some campaigns may offer multiple prizes. Winners are usually allowed to bring one guest. Additional details are always outlined in the official sweepstakes rules.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Some sweepstakes provide air or ground transportation and/or lodging for winners, while others do not. Please consult the official rules of the specific sweepstakes for complete details.
How much of the campaign proceeds go to charity?
For most Prizeup sweepstakes, 100% of your voluntary contribution is donated to Pledgeling Foundation, our 501(c)(3) charity partner. Net proceeds are remitted to Pledgeling Foundation, which then grants the funds—after deducting platform fees, advertising costs, and prize fulfillment expenses—to the Designated Grantee listed in the sweepstakes rules.
For certain sweepstakes where prizes are sourced directly by Prizeup, 20% of proceeds are “earmarked” for charity. In these cases, 20% of your contribution goes to Pledgeling Foundation, which then grants the earmarked funds to the Designated Grantee, as detailed in the campaign’s official rules. Such campaigns are clearly marked on the Prizeup platform.

How does Prizeup keep my payment information safe?
Protecting your data and transactions is one of our top priorities. Prizeup automatically encrypts your sensitive information during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with a 256-bit encryption key—the highest commercially available standard. Our servers are secured behind an electronic firewall and are never directly exposed to the Internet, ensuring your private information remains confidential.
How can I update my account settings (such as profile name, password, email, or notifications)?
You can modify all your account details directly on your profile page at www.prizeup.space.
Can I log in with my Facebook or Twitter account?
Yes! Prizeup allows users to log in using Facebook Connect or Twitter Connect.
What is Facebook Connect?
Facebook Connect is a fast and secure method to create an account on Prizeup. It allows you to enter campaigns, share them, and post comments with ease.
What is Twitter Connect?
Twitter Connect works similarly to Facebook Connect. With it, you can quickly create a Prizeup account, enter campaigns, share and comment on them, and even tweet directly from our platform.

Prizeup Features
How do referrals work?
For select campaigns, after completing your entry, you’ll be directed to a “Thank You” page where you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share this link with friends, and if they enter the campaign through your link, you earn extra entries. Note: Additional entries are only credited if your friends enter via your unique referral link.
Can I suggest prizes for future campaigns?
Absolutely! Send your ideas to support@prizeup.space, and we’ll do our best to make them available in upcoming campaigns.
